SOUTH LAKE SERENITY

RESERVATION POLICY - 50% of the total rent is due within 24 hours of booking. 25% is due 30 days before occupancy and final 25% is due one week before occupancy. Bookings shall be confirmed in writing after payment of the deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Any cancellation shall be made in writing. On receipt of such notice we will make efforts to re-book for the entire period of the original booking. If we are successful in re-booking South Lake Serenity we shall refund all monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) less a cancellation fee of $200 per period booked. If we are only successful in re-booking for a portion of the period originally booked, we shall refund such portion of the monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) less a cancellation fee of $200 per period booked. If we are unable to re-book South Lake Serenity then all monies (whether by deposit or otherwise) are forfeited.

KEYS - You agree to return the key(s) at the time of departure to the lock box. You agree to pay a $50 charge if key(s) are not returned upon departure

CLEAN - You agree to tidy the cottage prior to departure, remove your own garbage and recycling and leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

LINENS - Towels, sheets, pillow cases and dish cloths are not included with the rental.

CHECK IN/OUT - Arrival time is 3:00 on Sunday and departure time is noon on Sunday.

REPAIR - You agree to keep the property and all fixtures and effects in or on the property in the same state and condition as at the commencement of the rental period.
